We have a standard timescale of 4 weeks if the window is white and 6 weeks if the window is coloured. However, we've been known to get windows designed, manufactured and delivered within 5 days of order if we're able to do so but this depends on a variety of factors.

Our Low Duty Serving Window cannot be installed externally however, our Medium Duty can, as well as our Heavy / Custom Serving Window. That's because we're able to add drainage holes or drainage threshold as well as the windows having draft sealing enabling them for external use.

No, all of our serving windows are bespoke and made-to-order. Therefore, whatever your specifications are, we will create your serving window to those specifications if possible. Sometimes we do have demo windows in stock that have been used for videos, so please do get in touch if you're in desperate need for a window right away.

Yes! We understand that a lot of our clients have their own builders and construction workers who are more than capable of fitting our serving windows. Therefore, a lot of our clients already opt for supply only and allow our couriers to bring the serving window right to their site.

Our aluminium serving windows are designed and manufactured horizontally, we're unable to offer vertical sliding horizontal sliding windows.
