We manufacture single sliding or bi-parting aluminium sliding windows as well as complete drive-thru booths. You can choose from manual or automatic operation, left/right opening, and a custom pass-through size to suit your specifications.

Can you build to my exact size?

Yes. Everything we make is made to order. We will survey your site (costs can be estimated from drawings), produce detailed fabrication drawings for approval, and manufacture to the millimetre for a perfect fit.

Do you supply full drive-thru booths as well as windows?

Yes! We design, manufacture, and install complete aluminium booths, including windows, additional panels, glazing and even integrated doors.

What glazing options are available with your drive-thru booths and windows?

Double-glazed, laminated, low-E, acoustic, and privacy/obscure glass are all available options. We can also apply solar-control or privacy films on request.

Can you match our brand guidelines?

Absolutely. Frames and booths can be powder-coated to any RAL colour. Marine-grade finishes are also available for coastal or high-wear environments.

Do your windows meet safety and accessibility requirements?

Yes, we design with safety features such as anti-finger trap profiles and sensor-protected automatic operation. We also consider counter heights, reach distances, and clear openings to support the Equality Act (DDA) accessibility.

What is the typical lead time and installation process?

Lead time depends on the specification and current workload. We confirm this in your quote and can fast-track where possible. Installation is scheduled to minimise disruption, including out-of-hours if required.

Do you handle surveys and drawings?

Yes, we insist on conducting our own site survey to ensure all measurements and correct to minimise the risk of error. All drawings will be sent across for sign-off, and method statements/RAMS where requ,ested - keeping the process smooth for main contractors and end users.

Can you retrofit into our existing opening?

Usually, yes. We'll assess your current structure and advise on any adustments or trims needed for a clean, compliant installation.

What about maintenance and warranty?

All of our drive-thru products come with a 2-year warranty and 12 month installation warranty.12-month We also offer servicing packages to keep your windows and booths operating reliably. Emergency call-outs are also available if you ever need urgent support.
