Refund policy

Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return un-wanted goods & items. Please be aware that if your item falls within the non-returnable items (please see below), we are unable to offer any type of reimbursement or compensation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on all bespoke orders, including our Low, Medium and Heavy Duty Serving Windows. All items are custom made to size and specifications and cannot be resold.

If you have input the incorrection information into your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of the order placed in order for us to amend your specifications. To do so, please email us at servicedesk@next-doors.com.

If your amendments have been accepted, we'll send you a confirmation email with your new order details.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please be aware that items falling within the non-returnable items (please see below), we are unable to offer any type of exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
