Custom Bespoke Serving Windows:

• Our custom bespoke serving windows are crafted with precision and care, tailored to your specifications.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow a lead time of 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. (Please be aware that this is subject to supplier stock levels and manufacturing could take less or more time depending on this factor)
• Once your order is ready, we will notify you promptly and provide tracking information for your convenience.

Spare Parts and Tools:

• For spare parts and tools, we understand the importance of quick delivery to keep your operations running smoothly.
• These items typically ship within 1-3 business days from the time of order placement.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are a standard price for all smaller items such as the Spare Parts and Tools. Our Serving Windows all come with free delivery and can also be picked up from our workshop in Swanley, Kent.

International Shipping:

• We do not currently offer international shipping however, if you can source your own courier we are more than happy to accomodate.
• For customers based in Scotland, please do get in touch with your enquiry as we can get custom delivery prices.
