Frequently Asked Questions

How long does fabrication take from the time of order?

We have a standard timescale of 4 weeks if the window is white and 6 weeks if the window is coloured. However, we've been known to get windows designed, manufactured and delivered within 5 days of order if we're able to do so but this depends on a variety of factors.

Do your windows come in a standard size?

No, all of our serving windows are bespoke and made-to-order. Therefore, whatever your specifications are, we will create your serving window to those specifications if possible. Sometimes we do have demo windows in stock that have been used for videos, so please do get in touch if you're in desperate need for a window right away.

Do you offer supply only serving windows?

Yes! We understand that a lot of our clients have their own builders and construction workers who are more than capable of fitting our serving windows. Therefore, a lot of our clients already opt for supply only and allow our couriers to bring the serving window right to their site.

Can your serving windows be installed externally?

All of our Aluminium Sliding Windows can be installed externally apart from our Fire Rated Sliding Window option. All windows that are specified to be external have added drainage holes or a drainage threshold as well as the windows having draft sealing on all edges.

What areas do you cover for installation?

We're based in Swanley, Kent; however, our work takes us all over the country. Therefore, no matter where you're based in the United Kingdom, we will always be able to provide a custom quote for installation.

Are you windows only horizontal or do you offer vertical windows too?

Our aluminium serving windows are designed and manufactured horizontally; we're unable to offer vertical sliding horizontal sliding windows.
